You must have to Follow
ACADEMIC RULES
• Irrespective of age and position, the student is expected to maintain appropriate relations with the management and staff.
• The students when asked to meet the management with parent/guardian, should follow the instructions strictly.
• The management takes every measure for the good career of the student for which the student's cooperation is needed.
• The identity card endorsed by the centre should be present with the student within the Institute premises.
• The student should attend all the theory and lab classes regularly. If a student remains absent for more than 10 consecutive classes without information shall be subjected to cancellation of registration. In such cases a student has to take readmission by paying a fine of Rs. 100/- within 3 months.
• Proper discipline has to be maintained within the Institute premises. A student found misbehaving will be restricted from attending the classes.
• Class starts from 1st or 2nd of the month, installment must be deposited between 20th and 25th of same month. If class starts from 16th or 17th of the month, installment must be deposited between 5th and 10th of next month. Failing which a fine of Rs. 5/- per day will be levied upto the last working day of the month otherwise thereafter student's name will be struck off.
YOU MUST
• Be regular, punctual, disciplined, polite.
• Submit application if you want leave.
• Take permission from office if you are late or coming after leave or absence.
• Be in sober & decent dress. For Boys:
• Shirts must be tucked inside, shoes are a must, cap is not allowed (except shaved head). For Girls:
• Only decent & sober dress is allowed. IN THE CAMPUS / CLASSROOMS / LAB
• Do not use mobile, switch off your mobile inside the campus. • Do not chew betel, gutkha, tobacco, toffee & chewing gum etc.
• Do not sit on the desk.
• Do not sing a song.
• Do not use goggles.
• Do not write anything on the desk.
• Do not shout/gossip/comment in absence of teacher or while entering into class (theory or lab).
• Do not speak/write on indecent or ill cultured situation. Indecency cannot be tolerated in any form, so please take care of your words (spoken/written).
• Do not demoralize/disturb/laugh at others while they are speaking.
• Do not move in and around the campus (before and after class), sit on the waiting chair till your turn.
• Do not use Pen Drive, Card Reader etc in the computer system.
• Outsiders are not allowed in the class.
• Use of well cultured language is expected.
• Follow the instructions given by the management.
